HotSnag is not D&B, is not an official D&B partner, and does not issue D-U-N-S Numbers.

Nothing on this site should be read as a claim of endorsement by, affiliation with, or authorization from D&B, any marketplace, any payment provider, or any government body unless we clearly state otherwise in writing.

HotSnag provides operational assistance related to D-U-N-S application workflows, including preparation guidance, submission support, communication, and follow-up.

HotSnag does not issue D-U-N-S Numbers, does not operate D&B, and is not the decision-maker for any third-party platform, verification body, payment provider, marketplace, or regulator involved in your use case.

Unless a page expressly states otherwise, HotSnag provides operational assistance only and does not provide legal, tax, accounting, or regulatory advice.

You may use the site and purchase services only if you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement and, where applicable, have authority to act for the business or organization you identify during checkout or support communications.

If you place an order for a company, you represent that the information you submit is authorized for that company's use and that you may ask us to act on the workflow described in the order.

All site copy, branding, design, and other materials on the site remain owned by HotSnag or its licensors unless otherwise stated. Purchasing a service does not transfer ownership of the site or its underlying materials.

Our service may depend on third-party websites, registries, payment processors, communication tools, or verification platforms. Their rules, outages, review decisions, and policy changes can affect your outcome and are not controlled by HotSnag.

We may refuse, pause, or cancel service if we reasonably believe an order involves unlawful conduct, fraud risk, abusive behavior, false information, payment problems, or requests outside the stated scope of the service.
